The 1990’s was a totally different time, first we had the bubble economy. I was offered a restaurant space in Rodeo Drive but it was very expensive and I didn't take it. Then the entire world economy dropped and I was offered the same locations at less than half the price. The timing was perfect and I moved to Beverly Hills. That was a turning point for me.

I had a private dining room that so many named celebrities in sports and entertainment were able to enjoy. Obviously this was all before social media and guests were relaxed. I have met so many interesting people over the years.
