Now that I have restaurants in New York and London and visit Japan as often as I can, it doesn’t allow for much personal travel time to explore other countries. I miss this, as I enjoyed the adventure of travel. Spain has so much to offer in terms of architecture, scenery, food and culture. It’s so interesting to walk around cities like Bilbao, Madrid, San Sebastian ... such an incredible place.
